East Bay High School Girls Flag Football 

Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) has been around for a long time, 1888!  AAU started offering girls' flag football in 2010!  AAU will give girls an opportunity to play and enhance her skills.  It will improve our high school team.  It won't guarantee you will make the high school varsity squad but it will make you a better player and improve your chances.  AAU's website:  http://aausports.org/

AAU GENERAL INFORMATION

Parents and players, I appreciate your participation!  We are slowly building this club which will help us build on our long term success.  I cannot thank you enough.

Some flyers are going out with players to raise money.  Tournaments will be expensive and every little bit helps.

TOURNAMENTS

• June 25-26th AAU Loxahatchee/Palm Beach COMPLETED (2-2)
• July 9-10, 2011, 3^rd Annual Plant City Invitational Girls' Flag Football Tournament COMPLETED (3-1)
• February 4, 2012 - Gibsonton, FL AAU East Bay Winter Invitational-Vance Vogel Park COMPLETED (3-3)
• March 3-4, 2012 Orlando, AAU~Women's Flag Football National Championships

In the fall, for the 2012-13 school year the school club and AAU will be merged. Club for school will also be AAU club. The club will focus on promoting AAU and our AAU team. There will be a club membership (which will include AAU membership fees).  We will have practice and scrimmage games.  From these club members we will play in tournaments throughout the year.

2-Plant City Invitational: open to anyone
